Volunteer at Day Center for Family Promise

Did you ever wonder where our Family Promise guests go during the week-ends? The Family Promise Day Center offers them a place to play, do their laundry, and be a family.  However, it is necessary to have volunteers at that Day Center during the week-ends when the paid staff is having their time off. If you could spare a few hours to volunteer on a Saturday or Sunday at the Family Promise Day Center please contact fpnivolunteer@gmail.com or call the Day Center at 777-4190.

 

FAITH TREK LEADERS – This is our new, exciting Sunday children’s program.  Faith Trek will include a computer lab, arts & crafts, songs, food, puppets, drama, and more. There is no long-term commitment required to be a leader.  Leaders are needed to help for three consecutive Sundays at a time. 

If you can help with one or more of the following: computer lab, arts & crafts, songs, stories, food, puppets and drama, contact Jane Penney at 769-4216.
 

Information Desk Person
This person "mans" the Information Desk on Sunday mornings for 1/2 hour before the service and 15 minutes after. They are there to answer questions, point people in the right direction and generally be a friendly face. Call Jean Rohlman (667-2328)

Sunday Morning Children's Message
This person provides a 5 minutes message for children during the worship service.


"Bulletin Board Creator"
We need someone to create bulletin boards and change them periodically. If you're a retired teacher, this one's for you!
